Crowns & Bridges in West San Jose

Custom-crafted restorations that rebuild the strength, function, and appearance of damaged or missing teeth — designed by Dr. Deepak Shetty, who holds a Master's degree in Crown & Bridge Prosthodontics.

A dental crown is a cap that fits over a damaged, decayed, or weakened tooth to restore it to full function and natural appearance. A dental bridge uses two crowns on adjacent teeth to support one or more artificial teeth in between, bridging a gap left by missing teeth.

Dr. Shetty's post-graduate Master's in Crown & Bridge Prosthodontics means your restoration is designed with specialist-level precision. The fit, color, shape, and bite of every crown and bridge we create is meticulously crafted to look and feel exactly like your natural teeth.

Frequently Asked Questions

With proper care, porcelain and zirconia crowns typically last 10–15 years or more. Regular check-ups, good oral hygiene, and avoiding excessive grinding (a night guard helps) all extend crown lifespan.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you won't feel discomfort during treatment. Some patients experience mild sensitivity for a few days after placement, which resolves quickly. We offer sedation for anxious patients.
A crown covers and protects a single existing tooth. A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring to the teeth on either side of the gap. Implants are another option for replacing missing teeth without involving adjacent teeth.
