The Dental Dimensions was founded in 2001 by Dr. Deepak Shetty and Dr. Kavita Bhatia. We've been serving West San Jose and Cupertino families for over 25 years.

Most patients should visit every 6 months for a professional cleaning and comprehensive exam. Patients with a history of gum disease or heavy tartar buildup may be recommended to come every 3–4 months. Your dentist will advise the right frequency for you.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), a list of any current medications and relevant medical conditions, and any completed new patient forms we sent you. Arriving 10 minutes early is helpful.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may need care. We understand that emergencies happen — just call us as soon as possible.

Yes — Dr. Kavita Bhatia is a certified Oral Conscious Sedation specialist. Sedation is available for anxious patients, patients with special needs, children, and anyone undergoing longer or more complex procedures. It's one of the services that sets our practice apart.
